St Anne’s Church Pews – Silent Auction

Following a significant period of prayerful reflection in 2017, St Anne’s congregation decided to replace their pews with comfortable, flexible seating, and the replacement chairs have now been delivered. This will enable St Anne’s to use their worship space more creatively in the future. It also presents an opportunity for members of our congregations and the community to purchase the pews, which are now surplus to requirements.

Lent 2018

Lent leaflet 2018

Since the early days of the church, the 40 days (excluding Sundays) following Ash Wednesday to the end of Holy Week have traditionally been kept as a time for repentance and study.

Our theme in the Benefice during Lent this year will be ‘healing, wholeness and wellbeing’, with a range of activities, groups, and sermons on offer around that theme. We hope, together, to explore more of what it means for the whole church to be a community of healing and wholeness.
