Mission at St Anne’s

St Anne's is making special collections during April for Practical Action, an international development charity using sustainable technology to challenge poverty. There is a display about Practical Action on the mission noticeboard and there is a collection plate at the back of the church on the welcome desk.

On Sunday 1 May there will be items from Practical Action on display, and cake will be available after service that day in return for a donation to this charity. Thank you

Exciting addition to the ministry team

We will all have benefited from the ministry of Conan Chitham-Mosley during his pre-ordination training. Bishop David has asked if he can place Conan with us for his curacy too – so we get to share with him as he continues on his journey. I am excited by the prospect of continuing to work with him. A major focus of his curacy will be on ministry in the workplace and I am grateful to Frank Berry for sharing the task of oversight with me. Please pray for Conan, Rachel and the family as Conan completes his final term of studies and prepares for his ordination on Sunday 3 July in the Cathedral. Pray for the existing ministry team as they adjust to accommodate Conan.

Duncan.
