‘SIFA Fireside’, the charity for homeless people, is appealing for sleeping bags. A Message from Duncan

Whilst on a short break last week Katrina fell whilst ice-skating and broke her wrists. With both arms in plaster I have become her primary carer and as a result will be less available than usual. I am grateful to colleagues for covering some responsibilities. I will endeavour to be around as much as possible

Children’s Pottery Workshops

PotteryWorkshopsGive your kids a half term treat with a hands on pottery experience. They’ll be exploring coiled/decorated pots, embossed tiles and nature inspired sculpture using air dry clay. Their unique, handmade creations will be ready to take home on the day! Accompanying adults are welcome to work alongside children younger than fve years old.

Women’s World Day of Prayer

An annual joint service for women from the churches in Moseley and Balsall Heath. This year the Christian women of the Philippines have prepared a service entitled ‘Am I being unfair to you? All are welcome.

Winter Night Shelter 2017

winternightshelterlogoIt’s that time of year again, and we’re ready to start filling the rotas for the 2017 Winter Night Shelter. As usual, we’ll be doing Saturday evenings/Sunday mornings, for six weeks from Saturday  25 February – Sunday 1 April. We’re looking for people to cover evening, overnight (men only) and morning shifts. Volunteer positions are open to all over 18 with 16-17 years olds more than welcome when accompanied by an adult.
